Hi, my name is John and I am writing for the blog Runners Running. The main intention of the blog is for readers to follow my journey to get back into shape. In addition to provide advice on how to be a fast runner in general for shorter distances . I have chosen to start this blog because of the fact that I think mostly everyone who runs just simply wants to be fast and it is nice to have a model to guide you through your need for speed. I have run high school country for four years. As well as running distance for varsity in track. Lastly I have just completed a half marathon in a quality time of 1 hour 37 minutes 45 seconds.
