What our intentions are

Our intentions with this blog is bring more attention and awareness to the great sport of running. Running brings forth higher levels of energy and self esteem. In the greater sense we want to be able to provide people more up to date information on the the sport of running through blogs and podcast. We want to be able to provide training techniques and motivation in a useful manor. In addition to this we want to be able to bring forth peoples attention towards upcoming races and provide quality training plans for people to meet the goals that they have set for those races.
