Back on Home Soil

Have you ever gotten that feeling of laziness coming back from a vacation? You know what I'm talking about not feeling like doing anything once you get home. This is probably the best time to go for a run. I find that by going on this run that it brings a sense of balance back to the week.  This is the opportunity to get rid  of that jet lag that you may have obtained from your plane ride back.

However the most important element  that is displayed through this is running when things get difficult or when you don't want to. These are the times when you will feel the best about yourself in the aftermath. When you accomplish your goal these are the moments that will add to the high feeling of accomplishment when you cross the finish line with a new personal best.
